Sends a kill signal to a child resolving when the child has exited, resorting to SIGKILL if the given timeout is reached
Parameters
- child: ChildProcess
- signal: "SIGKILL" | "SIGTERM" = 'SIGKILL'
- timeoutMs: number = undefined
